My website is not even half done. I seem to have lost the motivation to carry on with my dreams of setting up a website. Today, I made a conscious effort to put away all the little things which I think is important to write in this blog and to really finish up my website. It is true they say when starting something is not about money it is all about ATTITUDE. Well, today, I have downloaded pictures of my nightwear collection. Perhaps this is something most women want to buy.

Bra Set

Today I'm going to download the bra set images that I have downloaded on my laptop. I've prepared about 10 bra sets from two different companies. I have 4 bra sets from Polish company and the rest is from a US based company. They are really beautiful and I hope my customers will like them.

I'm very confused now. The selection of product and product lines are very confusing. Everything is so beautiful. I'm also fighting with depression and a sense of low self-esteem. I keep asking myself can I make it in this line. I'm very worried. But I guess I must just persevere and carry on doing my stuff. I will never know whether I can be successful until I try.

Troolie Logo Completed

Credence has finally prepared the logo that Eli and I are fully satisfied. The logo is colorful something like Google logo. However, I'm having problems with selecting products from the various manufacturer. Right now, I have Matterhorn, Ascensual, Rene Rofe and Sensual Mystique. I like Ascensual and Matterhorn but they are a little bit expensive. I thought of selecting a few products from Ascensual and Matterhorn.

Below are some pictures from Matterhorn Collection. I love their bra sets but as I said they are quite expensive. I have not get their samples too. I hope to get the samples or else I have to buy their starter kit.

I have been very slow in starting my website. It was like I'm dragging to start it at all. I guess there's a part of me that fear failure. I was very depressed this past few days until I finally I realised that I should not see my lingerie business as work. I should see it as a hobby. So, when I finally changed my mindset which was just yesterday, I began enjoying the work that I'm doing. I began downloading pictures that I have scanned and also pictures that the supplier have given me. I began to really enjoy it. So today, things are begining to happen. Anand from Credence Online submitted his second proposal for the logo. Eli like the logo number 4. I thought it is quite neat except that may be we need to change the colours and the font. Today, I'm resizing some of the images from my supplier. Here is a set of lingerie which I personaly like. It is a pity though that it is out of stock.

I have selected Credence online, a company in India to design a logo for troolie. He has made 5 design mock-ups. I'm quite pleased with the designs. However, the design that we have selected, will have to be adjusted. This week we need to advertise for our project Troolie website - a website that sells lingerie as well as a community website. I have to look for more providers in Guru.com. The other time I checked Guru.com but couldn't find any provider perhaps I have to try again to find the right provider at the right price. I have discussed with Eli and Hamid regarding the selection of provider. We will try to confirm it by this Saturday.

Today, I discussed with Eli and Hamid regarding my concept for our online lingerie shop. They agreed that the concept will definitely catch up just like woot.com, threadless.com. I found another website extratasty.com which is a website about drinks. The content of the website didn't come from the webmaster but instead, the content is contributed by the members of the community. I thought that is the concept that I wanted for my website. I have sketched the home page and some parts of the product page.I'm realy excited. Ideas were just flowing. I'm quite surprise at myself that I'm able to think up of these stuff in an hour of sketching while lying on the bed.

Well anyway, yesterday I introduced satin charm, a three piece lingerie set from sophie b. Today, T'm going to introduce another set from Sophie B, equally charming and seductive.

First Posting First Lingerie

In the past, I used to think that blogging is such a waste of time. I saw my daughters blog while spending many hours changing the skin of the blog and updating it.To make a long story short, I started to blog too. My first blog was Jumpstart2australia, a blog documenting my preparations to migrate to Australia. It was only after I started my first posting, I realised how dificult it is to put words into writing. Alas, I have a new found respect for my daughters and all other bloggers.

Well, for this blog, I'm not going to talk about migration to Australia. This blog will be about my journey as an online lingerie retailer. Why lingerie, you might ask? To tell you the truth, I actually don't really care much about the lingerie that I wear before this. However, this peception changed when my friend tells me that she places great importance to the lingerie that she wears. "What I wear inside is very important? I don't want to feel like an aunty." Straight away, I looked at the inside of my pants- what pathetic panty, I was wearng at that time. The bra that I was wearing was ill-fiting. They don't match with my panty. Immediately, I thought I must do something for my inner ware instead of just focussing on improving my outer ware. This is what they used to say what is inside is more important than outside. This is certainly is true for lingerie. You need to invest in the little something that people don't know you have it but it still makes you feel god.

Well, today for my first piece of lingerie, I chose a three piece bra set which I will be marketing. The thong comes in solid pink color, while the boythong is in pink and black while the corset comes with the garter. Prices for this set is not fixed yet but it will probably be in the region of USD40-60. So please leave your comment about this piece of lingerie.
